Removal and disposal of existing trusses, columns, and mount plates as needed. Installation of five I-beams with welded tabs and base plates for column connections. Under-floor fireplace, I-beam supports. Steel & wood entry awning constructed in two sections for ease of transportation & installation; approximately six ft of blackened steel, stud link chain to support. Under-floor support and steel channels to support “totem pole” art sculpture. Manufacture & installation of unfinished, steel guardrail panels.
